1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bolauae1 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bolauae1 online gaming platform accessible at https://bolauae1.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

bolauae1 is operated under a valid international online gaming licence. 2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bolauae1 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by bolauae1 subject to specific terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from any Bonus balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bolauae1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. bolauae1 enforces a strict minimum age policy consistent with internationally licensed online gaming operators. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
2. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
4. You do not hold an existing active account on bolauae1. Only one account per person, household, device, or payment method is permitted.
5. You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of bolauae1 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You have not been excluded from gambling on bolauae1 under any self-exclusion arrangement.
7. Your participation in gambling activities is legal under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & Security

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person. bolauae1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must notify bolauae1 immediately via our support email at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. bolauae1 will investigate such reports and take appropriate remedial action.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, bolauae1 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian IC or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

bolauae1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated on a specific payment method's deposit page. There is no maximum deposit limit, although deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence checks.

Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance or high-volume periods.

Withdrawal Conditions: All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, regardless of whether a bonus has been claimed. bolauae1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the bolauae1 account holder.
• bolauae1 does not accept payments from third parties and will not make payments to third-party accounts.
• Any fees charged by payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• bolauae1 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the Player's account balance in the event of a technical error or suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bolauae1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute between 10% and 20%. A full contribution table is published on our promotions page.

Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible bet per round or spin is typically capped at RM250–RM500. Placing bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse: bolauae1 monitors player activity to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Where such activity is identified, bolauae1 reserves the right to void bonuses, recover bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the account.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bolauae1 are subject to our Betting Rules, which are specific to each game category and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

Sports Betting: Bets on sporting events — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets — are settled in accordance with our published Sports Betting Rules. bolauae1 reserves the right to void any bet where the result of the event was known before the bet was placed, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

Casino and Live Dealer Games: All casino games use certified RNG technology or live dealer systems operated by our licensed studio partners. Results are final once the game round is completed. Disconnection during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game's disconnection policy, which is available within the game interface.

Cancelled or Postponed Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with our published event cancellation rules. Generally, bets on markets that were not settled at the time of abandonment will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the bolauae1 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games involving multiple participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in connection with your account.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling account access to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider as a mechanism to retain winnings.

9. Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of bolauae1.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools in connection with the Platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on content from the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bolauae1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruption or cessation of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bolauae1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bolauae1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bolauae1 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

In the event of a dispute relating to the outcome of a bet, game result, or account transaction, Players must first submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. bolauae1 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with our licence conditions.
